Mission.
We were asked to develop a financial analysis model that allowed in a pragmatic way analyse and control customer and product profitability for its complex product portfolio and diverse customer segments.
Results.
We developed and implemented a pragmatic financial analysis tool, which is now operated by our customer’s finance department on a quarterly basis, to analyse customer and product profitability
